A book about my spirituality without quantum thinking is not complete. Thus, this way of thinking must be addressed. However, I will limit myself to the first two laws. Altogether there are seven important points in quantum thinking.

If I am looking for a bit of amusement, then I dig in bookstores, where, without the time to keep track of, it is allowed to scour. I succeed only on vacation, as I find by the way treasures, which I would otherwise have run past.
On one of my trips through the US, I found a book about quantum thinking. I could not imagine a bit of it except that it could be about special thinking processes.
This new view of physics made me curious. I liked to read all Stephen Hawking's books and always regretted not having a teacher like Hawking. It was obvious to learn more about quantum thinking.
The book was called Quantum Success by Sandra Ann Taylor, I inhaled chapter by chapter. On the second reading, I began to highlight the blocks in green and yellow, green for important, yellow for currently not understood. The third time I had the book in my head and everything became clear, another moment that I would call Satori. These are the moments in which one could howl for joy. The book and the knowledge had changed my life fundamentally. The phrase of Buddha 'What we think, we will be' suddenly made sense. From that point on, I began to observe my way of thinking better, instead of negative thoughts, concerns formed in my head. Wishes like,
'I am curious and choose joy and peace in my daily life'.
'I choose to be more and more focused and grateful for what life offers me.'
The first law, the manifestation - shows us how things come together.
In quantum physics, attention creates reality and that also affects the personal world. My enthusiasm made me hope that someday I could understand everything what this book promised. It took me three readings until it clicked on me.
The second law is the law of attraction - of magnetism.
Our thoughts are completely indiscriminate and confused in a moment, then we pay attention to them and they arrange themselves and already a film is formed in the head and this film creates the reality.
Imagine, you come from shopping, the trunk of your car is full of heavy shopping bags and a crate of water. Your thought 'possibly no parking space in front of the door and I have to park in one of the side street'. What do you think, where you will be parking? We bring this way of thinking to life every day. My girlfriend is applying for a job that she would have found really good, as she reaffirmed me at the end, and then she says to me, 'I've applied to the company, although I'm not likely to be accepted'. Yes, then we should not waste the energy and send in the application, or change our way of thinking. How many times did I get caught in the negation, probably many times. We create our world, we decide how our life should look, half full or half empty.
Do you know the Holodeck from Star Trek? As you enter at the door of his wishes in a control box and determines the coordinates. Then you enter the room and enjoy his free time with a good tennis player who is virtually waiting for me ... or they wander through the mountains .. what always entered them as a wish in the coordinate box. Captain Pikard often wanted to hike in the French mountains. Surely he was homesick and that helped. They walk somewhere in space in their spaceship on the Holodeck in their Alps. That's how I imagine my life. I decide; which coordinates I want. Sometimes unconsciously in the wrong direction and then the opposite comes out. After a while I am negative oriented and finish my thinking with the sentence 'I thought so'.
For the first time in my life, it has become clear to me that I am the creative part who decides whether to be healthy or ill, happy or sad. When I got the diagnosis Lyme disease in the last stage and sarcoidosis on the lungs, I thought 'shit' .. Then I went to the drip for fourteen days and imagined that every little drop that flowed into my veins, a kind of soldier for me showed. I heard the song 'Onward Christian Soldiers', which accompanied my mental medication every morning when the drip came. Four weeks later the Lyme disease was history and I continued to work on sarcoidosis. In 2003, I presented to a lung specialist in Hamburg, looked at the healing as a small miracle. Today we know that there can be healing.
At this point I recall: Attention creates reality and the second law of attraction was my daily companion and suddenly such mundane things as a parking lot in front of the door became normal. The mindset is changing and already is the lack of thinking snow of yesteryear. We can use the same to supplement our account. I ask and think the way and amount, sometimes even the bank statement with the appropriate amount.
A wise colleague once coined the phrase that covers the third law: It's the thought-hygiene that decides if you're okay. It decides your destiny, the path you take. You always have the choice to go right or left. Whenever something changes, it also changes something at the other end. Everything has a plus and a minus and we have to keep an eye on the consequences of our actions. There is nothing to add.
Even at the beginning the end is visible and with that we are in the next law the law of beginning and end. Looking retrospectively at our actions, we realize where the diversion should have been different. If I could live my life from the back then I would be smarter. Everything would be simple and logical. But we are not here to live from the back, but to learn.
And then we are already at the next law, the law to be part of the whole. Only when we are able to look at everything, we realize how our story ends.
Imagine you want to drive a car. For this you need a driver's license. If our desire is particularly strong, then they put their entire train of thought into mode, learning to drive '. You imagine how you drive through the countryside with a car and friends. You imagine what a plus it will be for you. Now it's time to imagine how they want to raise the money for the classroom, otherwise their dream will burst.
A thought-hygiene focused on the desire prepares the way for it. Any negative thoughts, such as, 'I have no money' or 'that will not work' are erased. Instead, you build your positive sentences: This driver's license is my heart's desire, the money is generated, I trust in the universe.(or whatever you trust in)
I assure you that you will know how to fulfill your wish in no time.
For a long time there was a desire in my head to make my wedding ring into a necklace. The suggestions that were made to me could not convince me. I put the whole thing aside, in my heart grew a desire. One day, I took my daily walk into town and, as always, passed one of the most prestigious goldsmiths. So far I had assumed that I could not pay for the work there. That thought did not come to me when I had the door in my hand and entered the shop. When we make a wish grow in our heads, we are also able to find the words the other one needs to help us. The master goldsmith began drawing and calculating, barely concealing my emotion. I had learned so much and yet I did not trust it. Everything was just as I had imagined. Trust in your ability to live your life confidently and you will be an optimistic person who has a positive impact on your environment.
Before I came to this new way of thinking, my sentences were the typical No sentence that we all like to speak and think.
'Of course, there will not be a parking space for me again and I have to haul things all the way.'
'I would not be surprised if this time the roast does not turn out either.'
I can see your laughing face, you think so too. How much easier does life become when we change the sentences, and then it becomes the following.
'I'd like to have a parking space in front of the door, so I can bring things home quickly and easily'
'Sure it will be a particularly tasty roast, I wish that so much.'
Let's get on with this positive attitude and suddenly life is worth living. The glass is not half empty, it is half full.
Quantum thinking or positive visualization is not as difficult as it may sound. If you let it in, it changes your life. Soon they will realize that this way of thinking is logical and their lives will change positively.
The laws of quantum thinking were intentionally contracted by me. I ask you to get your picture , make your own reality. It will help you to understand the laws.
Distance Healing and Meditation
For over a year I have had problems with my muscles, sometimes more, sometimes less, but always enough to show me the problem. I let others do it; go to physiotherapy, water aerobics and massage. As a person who is well versed in holistic health, I realized that I had to change something. Similar to someone who sits in a boat and realizes that there is a hole in the hull. The water flows into the boat and I just row faster to get ashore. The next time I see that the water is still flowing through the hole. Again I row like crazy and hope that the problem is solved. The Law of Attraction shows what I think, where I am going with my thoughts. So I find the way of repair / healing. Do not hope for restoration through omission, we must move both mentally and physically to bring about a change.
In my case, there was a stinging on the back upper arm, I had to act. I diagnosed this stinging as a pain along the meridians, which I felt at the same time in the lower body. As it turned out later, the large intestine meridian reported.
My colleague Barbara is the expert in meridian problems. I contacted her. Barbara listened to what I said, and I felt her nod and approval. Then she explained how the meridians work and suggested a joint meditation. Barbara, who lives in Northern Germany 400km away from me, wanted to work remotely on my meridians and I would meditate in Bremerhaven at the same time.
This way of working is very intense and requires concentration and knowledge of distance healing. What's that, you are going to ask, that's again someone else doing something to me. But no, wait and see. I am going into a trance and knowing that Barbara is working on my meridians from afar. My meditation has the theme of 'healing'. It is important that the meditator here exercises mindfulness, because the pictures that come during the trance tell me what my problem is and how I can solve it. Mostly, the images are designed to contain the solution.
I can look at it and reject or accept it, that's my decision. At the same time, I know that I've been carrying that problem with me for a year.
Please do not believe that you will wake up after a long distance treatment and call 'I am healed’. It's a process that begins in the mind to push change or push the problems aside again. I have decided to tackle my difficulties and accept the solutions.
This process stands for two ways; Path number one is the spiritual path. Illness begins in the head and that’s where the change has to start. This is like a patients coming to me for smoking cessation. I always look at what problem could be the reason for smoking. If I do not, the patient will either start again after a few days and pick up the cigarette or take his weaning to another level, usually uncontrolled eating. And then the cycle starts again and they come because they have to lose weight and so on and so on.
What have I done? First of all, I had a couple of massage appointments, always having a swimming day in between. The hardest part is the brain work, because on my shoulder there is this little man who likes to whisper in the ear ‘Don’t do it’. As soon as you kicked him of the shoulder, positive visualization begins. I have previously worked out the solution to my problem and now imagine how my life feels and looks? With all the senses in a sentence that could be formulated as follows:
The concentrated reader remembers: In quantum physics attention creates reality - the first law and the second law: the law of mutual attraction. Watch out, even if I've worked out the reality of mindfulness, it does not mean I have the second law in my pocket.
My sentence should read: 'I choose the path of healing, of change, I trust in my decisions.' Make sure that you visualize that sentences positively, avoid negative / positive thesis like 'I do not want to be in pain and hope for improvement.' These sentences are the poison of our generations. We've learned that negative sentences are heard by our environment, but if they want to do something different, they have to change. My favorite quote is the one with the lamp: 'If you've lost your key in the dark, you're not looking at the lantern just because there's light. You have to affix the positive sentence, and only then will the change get the fertile ground.

Good dog, fine dog
It's raining. Not a big drama if it were not for my buddy dog, who, with his very obtrusive nature, makes it clear to me that it's time for a walk. In my mind, a movie is going off with me. I'm still fighting with me as I reach for the coat. My feelings turn somersaults. I'm deeply indebted to my dog. He could have finally died in his weekend accident. He had eaten rat poison. Only the fact that I saw it saved his life.
It is more an uncomfortable feeling and I go, whether it rains or not, the dog needs his walk. I am singing the stressed dog owner song 'Good dog, fine dog', encouraging him to do his part now. The dog sniffs through the street corners as if there is no tomorrow. I started again, good dog, fine dog '. It always helped, why does he make me suffer so much? I make it clear to him that we both are upset, which does not bother him a lot. It makes me wonder, because my dog refuses to be showered regularly. Rain is like showering, you should not like it either. In addition he seems to like the high grass dripping with water. I no longer understand the world. And suddenly, I just wanted to start singing again, He bends back ... no, we continue through the rain and I say goodbye to a short walk.
May quantum thinking help? I wonder and formulate my request. 'Do it, dog!', I call internally in to imperative and then let the desire go. And the dog, what makes my Soso, this always friendly buddy? He leans back and does his job as if there is no tomorrow. Good dog, fine dog ..

The Law of Attraction – of Magnetism
This guide can be impressively demonstrated with a plate and a lot of needles. All you need is a relatively strong magnet to move under the platform, and all of a sudden this set of needles, which were just indiscriminately placed on the board, becomes a heap that is clenched.
That's the same with our thoughts. My girlfriend is applying for a job that she would have really liked, as she reaffirms me at the end, and then she says to me, 'I applied to the company, although I may not be taken.'
